What is collected: what you type into the contact form (name, email, organization, country, message) and the text you send to the coach. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Preferences (language, country, checklist progress) stay in your browser only. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors: only aggregate numbers are visible (page views, countries, traffic sources).
Why and on what basis: to reply to you and to generate the coach's plan, with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a), because campaign details can reveal political opinions).
Who processes data on the controller's behalf: Netlify (hosting and forms), Cloudflare (aggregate visit statistics, no cookies) and an artificial intelligence provider (the text you send to the coach is processed and interpreted only to generate the answer; the site does not store conversations). These services may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long: contact messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights: access, correction, erasure, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD, cnpd.pt).
